We will be contacting only approved panelists by July 20th.
General Information
  • The minimum age to submit panels is 18 years old.
  • Panelists will be expected to behave in a professional manner.
  • Panels & workshops that were not submitted as 18+, and that Anirevo Staff observe to contain 18+ material, can be cancelled at our discretion.
  • Unless pre-approved by an Anirevo Director, Panelists may not sell anything during their panel.
  • Workshop panelist may apply to have a portion of their supplies reimbursed if attendees will be keeping their projects (eg. charm bracelets, origami creations, etc.). Please submit a detailed list of items you'd like considered for reimbursement, along with an approximate overall cost.
  • Anirevo will provide tech such as speakers, projector, screen, chairs, tables and microphones, as outlined in the panelist submission form. It is the responsibility of the Panelist to bring a laptop or any other equipment needed.

    Additional Info

    Anirevo provides standard laptops in the main panel rooms, along with HDMI cable hook ups to the projector. Audio is via standard 3.5 mm audio cable into laptop. VLC Media Player and a basic powerpoint program may be provided on the laptops. Panelists are encouraged to bring their own laptops with which they are familiar for optimal efficiency, as well as any other special hook ups that could be needed. Please list any specific Audio or Visual tech related questions you may have below.
