AniRevo is proud to announce returnee cosplay guests for AniRevo: Summer 2017, Fighting Dreamers Productions!

Fighting Dreamers Productions (FDP) is a cosplay group from Vancouver, British Columbia. For the past 10 years they have been cosplaying a wide range of genres including anime, manga, video games, comics, film, and cartoons.
Fighting Dreamers Productions are known for their cosplay YouTube channel, which has over 170,000 subscribers and provides viewers with series shows, parodies, cosplay skits, CMV’s, convention happenings, and tutorials. FDP is a non-profit group and has organized a number of charity events through their cosplay work such as “Pray for Japan” helping earthquake and tsunami victims and “Aang for a Cure” which benefited cancer patients. As cosplayers, FDP emphasizes inclusivity and promotes accessibility of cosplay through panels and performances at conventions across North America, the UK, Ireland, Europe, Scandinavia and Australia. FDP is honoured to be returning to AniRevo 2017!

Erica Lindbeck Coming to AniRevo: Summer 2017

Anime Revolution is proud to welcome Voice Actress Erica Lindbeck as a special guest for our Summer 2017 Convention!

Erica Lindbeck is a North Carolina native who has spent the last decade training in theatre, film, improvisation and voice acting. She is thrilled to play the roles of Celica in Fire Emblem Echoes, Futaba Sakura in Persona 5, Magilou in Tales of Berseria, Taliyah in League of Legends, Kaori Miyazono in Your Lie in April, Anaru in Anohana, Eli Ayase in Love Live! School Idol Project, Jericho in The Seven Deadly Sins, and Ema Skye in Ace Attorney 6 to name a few. She is also the voice of Barbie.

The 404s Coming to AniRevo: Summer 2017

Anime Revolution is proud to welcome Improv Group The 404s as guests for our Summer 2017 Convention!

The 404s are a touring group of improv performers based in the Canadian cities of Calgary, Edmonton and Toronto. With their unique “nerdprov” style of comedy, they have been entertaining audiences across Canada and the United States.

Incorporating the wit, charm, pop culture knowledge and a great deal of audience participation The 404s make sure every show is memorable, interactive and absolutely hilarious. Their antics are a must see and their shows a can’t miss!

DJ WILDPARTY Honorary Guest at AniRevo: Summer 2017

Anime Revolution proudly presents DJ WILDPARTY, who will be headlining this year’s official AniRevo After Party, and performing a set at our annual Saturday Night Rave!

Initially getting his start in the late 2000s with Break Core at the age of 18, DJ WILDPARTY has since expanded his repertoire across many genres, including Electro, Hip Hop, Pop, Anime, Game Music, and Folk Music, earning himself quite the reputation as a DJ!

He was an active effector in the first two SOUND VOLTEX games, and also released his first major label CD from EMI titled “MOGRA MIX VOL.1 mixed by DJ WILDPARTY” in 2012. In July of that same year, he performed at ANIME EXPO’s “AXDance,” held at Club NOKIA in Los Angeles, to great acclaim! He also released an EP titled “SHOT BASS EP” with USAO in 2016.

He is currently expanding his footprint overseas as well!

Dean Redman Celebrity Guest MC at AniRevo: Summer 2017

Anime Revolution is very proud to announce that Mr. Dean Redman is returning this Summer as our special Celebrity Guest Master of Ceremonies!

Mr. Redman has long been a friend to us, and is excited to return to the stage, as we usher in a new era on the West Side of the Vancouver Convention and Exhibition Centre! Come and see him at our Opening and Closing Ceremonies, as well as co-host of the Swimsuit Contest!

Dean Redman's Roles

Probably best known to anime fans as the English voice of Dutch from the incarnations of Black Lagoon, Dean has also lent his work to a plethora of other animated series, among them, being Nick Fury in Iron Man: Armored Adventures, and other Marvel series, and Brax Lextrus in Rachet & Clank.

He has an extensive resume in both television and film, appearing on the small screen in series such as THE X-FILES, SUPERGIRL, ARROW, SMALLVILLE, STARGATE SG-1, SUPERNATURAL, Disney’s MECH-X4 and more!

On the big screen, you’ll find him as Varis and the Caged Frost Wolf in the recent WARCRAFT movie, and roles in films such as GODZILLA, RISE OF THE PLANET OF THE APES and TRON: LEGACY. Also, look for him in the upcoming WAR FOR THE PLANET OF THE APES movie.

Lady Zero Cosplay Guest at AniRevo: Summer 2017

AniRevo is proud to announce another cosplay guest for AniRevo: Summer 2017, Lady Zero!

Lady Zero has won several awards at various conventions, and also loves cosplaying characters that she loves. She tends to favour a more secretive lifestyle, but is very friendly! Like her partner, Narcisse Cosplay, she lives to cosplay Square-Enix characters, and she believes that cosplay is not simply wearing a costume, but actually becoming the character that you love.

She does her own make up, sewing, armour, weapons and wig styling, collaborating with her partner, Narcisse Cosplay. Together, they never rush making costumes, choosing to take the time and find the best quality materials for the absolute best results.

Narcisse Cosplay Guest at AniRevo: Summer 2017

AniRevo is proud to announce another cosplay guest for AniRevo: Summer 2017, Narcisse Cosplay!

Yuri Narss is a Cosplay Gen Award Best costume Finalist. He tries his best to recreate characters that have had an impact on him, focusing a lot on the Square Enix Universe, spending endless hours to make them feel accurate and “real,” and making them from scratch. He does his own make up, sewing, armour, weapons and wig styling, collaborating with his partner, Lady Zero Cosplay. Together, they never rush making costumes, choosing to take the time and find the best quality materials for the absolute best results.

His Cosplay name, “Narcisse,” is inspired by his favourite character, Kuja, as he likes the arrogance and narcissistic nature of this style of character, while not being arrogant himself as a person.

Todd Haberkorn Coming to AniRevo: Summer 2017

Anime Revolution is proud to welcome Voice Actor Todd Haberkorn as a special guest for our Summer 2017 Convention!

As a multi award winning actor behind the mic, on camera, and on stage- Todd Haberkorn has had the pleasure of working in a variety of mediums in the entertainment industry. The LA based actor is also a director for companies like Netflix and Funimation Entertainment as well as a producer for production groups like Geek&Sundry. And he’s even the voice of some fun toys like the Meccanoid robots- winners of the top prize at CES and America’s Most Innovative Toy of the Year Award.

In the animated world, he voice roles such as Natsu from Fairy Tail, Italy from Hetalia, Jadeite from Sailor Moon and Sailor Moon: Crystal, Haruka from Free: Eternal Summer, Ling Yao from Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Tierno from Pokemon, Allen Walker from D. Gray Man, Hikaru Hitachin from Ouran High School Host Club, Death The Kid from Soul Eater, Grey Matter in Ben10, Sparrow Hood in Ever After High, Elfonso in Sophia The First, and many others. He even got the infamous “and I would have gotten away with too…” villain line in an episode of Scooby Doo!

As far as video games go, you’d recognize his voice in the Call of Duty Series, Persona series, World of Warcraft, Street Fighter IV, Ghostbusters, Silent Hill: Book of Memories, Borderlands 2, and Rage to name a handful. His voice makes sure to get its marathon training as an award winning narrator for audiobooks. Do a Google search and you’ll find everything from thrillers and young adult to zombie sagas and children’s books. His latest win is the 2016 SOVAS award for best narration of a classic novel.

As far as on camera is concerned see him in the internationally recognized and award winning, Star Trek Continues, as Spock. Todd’s show, Otaking Heads, is a weekly look inside the world of anime with top industry guests and fun games–catch it on Geek&Sundry.

When he isn’t fighting digital monsters in video games or trying to save the day on film, Todd travels the U.S. and internationally making appearances at gnarly pop culture conventions as a guest to meet super cool fans and sign autographs. Austin Tindle Coming to AniRevo: Summer 2017

Anime Revolution is proud to welcome Voice Actor Austin Tindle as a special guest for our Summer 2017 Convention!

Austin Tindle is a writer and actor living in Dallas, Texas. He was born in Orlando, Florida, raised in Austin, Texas and attended UTD on academic scholarship, where he almost became an Electrical Engineer. At 19 he was cast as Romeo and changed majors the same day. Maybe you’ve seen him on stage around Dallas at Kitchendog Theatre, WaterTower Theatre, Theatre Three, Stage West, Shakespeare Dallas, Project X, Second Thought Theatre, Nouveau 47, Upstart Theatre, and many others. But he’s probably most well-known for his work with Funimation Studios, where he has voiced many characters including:
