At Anirevo, we are committed to creating an inclusive and accessible experience for all attendees. We recognize that accessibility needs vary, and we strive to accommodate those with disabilities to the best of our ability.
Accessibility Pass
Anirevo offers complimentary Accessibility Passes to attendees with disabilities who may require accommodations such as:
Companion Pass
Each Accessibility Pass holder may request one free Companion Pass for a support person, friend, or caregiver. The companion must stay with the Accessibility Pass holder during events and is not eligible for priority access if separated. The Companion Pass is only valid for one day, please see our Accessibility desk each day to renew your pass.
Accessible Seating
Designated wheelchair seating areas will be available at major programming rooms, the main events stage, and concert venues. Please notify staff or volunteers if you need assistance locating these areas.
Accessibility passes allows for Advanced Seating. Please ensure you are at the event or panel 15 minutes prior to doors opening and notify nearby Anirevo Staff. All Seating is First Come First Serve and we cannot guarantee suitable seating once doors open.
Elevators and Mobility Access
All venue spaces used by Anirevo are wheelchair accessible. Elevators and accessible washrooms are located throughout the venue. If you encounter any physical barriers, please alert a staff member.
Service Animals
Certified service animals are welcome at Anirevo. Emotional support animals or pets that are not certified service animals will not be permitted. Please ensure service animals are harnessed and under control at all times. Any aggression towards human or other service animals or disruption of the event will result in the animal being removed for the remainder of the event.
Sensory Considerations
We recognize that some attendees may be sensitive to lights, crowds, or sound levels. While Anirevo is a busy and stimulating environment, we offer a quiet room as a way to step away from the busyness of the event. Located at Room 113. Please ask a nearby Anirevo Staff for assistance.
Autograph Line Accommodations
Due to high demand and limited signing windows, line-skipping is not permitted in the autograph area for any attendee, including those with Accessibility Passes. However, Accessibility Pass holders may have a companion or helper wait in line on their behalf. When the companion reaches the front, the Accessibility Pass holder may then join them at the front of the line. Staff will assist with this transition upon request. This ensures fairness to all attendees while still supporting accessibility needs.
