As we get closer and closer to Day 1, details and critical information for attendees and participants are continuously sent out as they are confirmed.

Instructions have been emailed this morning for Dokibird’s Meet & Greet lottery winners! CAREFULLY read it and make sure you understand what to expect and what is expected of you.

Move-in times and loading instructions have also gone out to all exhibitors! If you are setting up on Day 0 (Thu, Aug 9th) carefully read the instructions attached and make sure your details are correct. Know your times and be prepared with high-vis safety vests for your set-up team!
